Tuesday cardio workout

Got in a full 40 minute workout on the elliptical at lunch today. I pushed a little harder and did 588 calories and 3.15 miles. I sweat like crazy, but I didn’t feel tired throughout the entire workout. What’s more, my heart rate is definitely coming down. I maintained a pace of about 81 or 82 RPM and my heart rate hovered between the high 150s and the low 160s. Still high, but getting better (my target is 147, I think).
