Kitchen Remodel, Day 2 Photos

There is a certain excitement coming home each day when you know the crew has been to the house to do some work. As the workday drew to a close, I kept wondering what progress they made throughout the day. We arrived home to find some progress indeed! The bulk of the subflooring for the new floor was installed. There’s a small section on the east side of the kitchen where it still needs to be installed, but it was a vast improvement over yesterday.

And here’s what our floor tile looks like:

Beyond the obvious, one noticeable difference is far less dust today than yesterday or the day before. That in itself is a relief.
