Hi! I work 3 days in week one, and 4 days in week 2 of my work roster. Today I hit 30,000 steps, although these may be smaller than avergae as I am only 4’11” tall. You think I’m loosing weight? No, not an ounce!!!
I’m a hod-carrier and do over 30,000 steps,5 days a week !!! Good cardio !!!
