I Voted!

Actually, we both voted. The line at our polling place at 2:10pm took about 30 minutes, but it could have been faster if we chose a paper ballot instead of the machine. I’d heard that the lines were much longer this morning, and even as we were there, an election officer was being transferred to an Arlington library, where the wait was apparently 3 hours! I believe this marks the sixth time I’ve voted in a Presidential elections.

I’m not wearing my sticker because I figured I’d give it to the Little Man when I pick him up from school.

I guess now, all there is to do is wait. I’m sick and tired of the media updates, but thankfully, I have a NaNoWriMo story to work on, so I’ll see what things look like late tonight after that writing work is all done.

If you haven’t already done so, get out there and vote today!
