My latest Wayward Time Traveler column is up at SF Signal

Over at SF Signal, my latest Wayward Time Traveler column, “A Correspondent to the Past, Part 1: 1939” has been posted. This is the first of 4 parts and it’s a little different from what I usually post in the column. But I had a lot of fun writing it and its 3 companions.
