Chore day

This weekend was one of the few in which we didn’t have any particular plans with people, friends or family in town, or any type of travel or events to attend.  So Saturday became chore day.  We didn’t get started quite as early as we’d wanted to, but even so managed to get quite a bit done around the house:  I moved the guest bed back into the guest room, from its temporary home in the extra room upstairs.  Needless to say it is much easier moving that bed downstairs than it was hauling it upstairs.  I also vacuumed the entire house, including both sets of stairs.  I cleaned all four bathrooms, and hung up the last of the pictures that required hanging.  Kelly was busy too, and we finished up the day with a feeling of satisfaction at what we were able to get done.
