This happens occasionally, and tonight was one of those occasions: I made Macaroni and Cheese for dinner (lazy night) and then accidentally ate the entire box worth of the stuff.
I usually feel incredibly full (to say nothing of a little sick) when I do this. I suppose time will tell.
