Yes, I was supposed to be up at 4:30 AM to head to the gym today, and no, I did not get up at 4:30 AM and head to the gym today. All started out well. I went to bed around 8:45 last night. I fell right asleep. The trouble started when I woke up around 1 AM and was still up as 4 AM approached. I tossed and turned for three hours and only as the clock struck four did my eyes start to close. I slept in until 6:15. So, I’ll just pick myself up, dust myself off, and start all over again–tomorrow.
