Pretty productive day overall:

I called Washington Gas and had the gas service transferred to the new place beginning July 25. I also called WSSC to discontinue water service, but apparently I am supposed to call on the day I move out. I may try for a little more packing later this evening. We’ll see.

Wedding related

I called a restaurant at which we want to have our rehearsal dinner. The events person is out today but they took my information and told me that they’d have her call me tomorrow.

Got my renewal for Science Fiction Writers of America in the mail today. Nothing from the insurance company yet. If I don’t have the new policies in hand by Friday, I’ll call them up.

Okay, I’m done for the evening. Going to go start reading Words and Rules.
