I got in a full arms and shoulders workout today. I pushed a little harder this time and it felt great. I did a total of 15,330 lbs. compared to last arm/shoulder workout where I did 12,720 lbs. That's an increase of about 21%. I impressed myself by doing 3 full sets of bicep curls at 25 lbs in each arm.
My legs are still pretty sore, which is surprising, since usually the soreness goes away after 2 days, but they are much better than they were yesterday.
