Wednesday strength workout

I did a little more than 2/3rds of a normal strength workout for chest and back today. I was a little late to the gym because of a meeting. I normally do flat bench presses first because that is where I do the most weight. But I saved them for last today (all of the benches were initially taken) and by the time I got to it, my muscles were pretty tired. Still, I managed to do 11,300 lbs of strength training today.
