Thursday cardio workout

Another lunchtime cardio workout. I did 40 minutes, once again on level 3 and this time I pushed myself a bit. I stayed at about 81-82 RPM the entire time and I did a total of 586 calories and 3.13 miles. My heart rate was back up but that’s to be expected with the higher level and higher RPM. I was tired halfway through but I kept going. I’m glad I did. It felt good.
