Wednesday strength workout

I did my first chest/back workout in a long time today. Actually, it was about 3/5ths of a full workout. I wanted to keep it light because (a) I didn’t want to overdo it, and (b) I wanted to start close to where I left off in terms of weight. I did 10,360 lbs. I impressed myself by doing three full sets of bench presses at 95 lbs. My best was 125 but I’m still pretty far off from getting back there.

My core is still pretty sore from the core workout I did on Monday, but I still managed to do 90 crunches today.
