I did a full cardio workout at lunch today. 40 minutes on the elliptical. I upped the level to 3 for the first time. I burned 579 calories and went 3.10 miles. My heart rate is starting to come back down now that I’m getting back into the swing of things. It had been way up in the 160s and low 170s when I started up again, and this time is was in the low 160s. I’m hoping to get it back into the low 150s in the next few weeks.
I’m a little sore from yesterday’s workout, but the cardio workout felt good today.
