Retreat prep

I was up at 6 AM after getting nearly 10 hours of sleep last night. Some weird, recurring dreams, but otherwise, I slept well. I nervously used the hotel shampoo in the shower this morning, remembering the reaction I had a few weeks ago at the W in New York. So far, so good.

I’m out here in Santa Monica this week for a team “retreat”–a planning session for next year. We’ve got two and half days worth of all-day meetings beginning at 8 AM this morning. Today, I’ve got lunch scheduled with Jim and Robert. Tonight is our retreat dinner. I may have a chance to do one more update later today, before I go to bed. We’ll see…
