Customer service training

About once every 10 years or so, we are sent through customer service training. About the best training I’ve ever taken, in this respect, was by a company called Ouellette & Associates. I got to know two of the trainers very well and the training was the most applicable of the type I’d ever taken. This was nearly 10 years ago.

This time, we are not using O&A for our training. I go into all of these training sessions with a skeptical eye (I did so with the training 10 years ago and was profoundly pleased with how they rose to my challenges). I plan on doing the same today, but I’m afraid this current firm starts with a big expectation to live up to. We’ll see how they do. I’m sure I’ll have more to say on it later.

(The training is from 1 – 5 PM so it will be a while before I can report back on it.)
