Saturday morning cardio workout

Despite getting to bed around 1 AM, I was up at 7:30 AM. I headed down to the hotel restaurant for a scrambled eggs, bacon, and potatoes breakfast, waited 45 minutes or so and then headed to the gym where I did a full 40 minute cardio workout, which felt great.

Usually, I listen to Def Leppard’s Hysteria album when I do my workouts, but this morning I changed it up. I tried out R.E.M.’s Life Rich Pageant, which turned out to be the perfect length for 40 minutes of cardio (plus you get that strong finish with “Superman”).

I’m heading into the shower and then it’s down to the conference for my first session of the day.
