Friday morning cardio workout

Up at 4:20 AM, had breakfast and into the gym just before 6 AM. I had to talk myself into actually getting to the gym this morning–after having been out of the office for a week, I nearly skipped the gym to catch up on email and other things that I might have missed. But I got in there at 6 AM and managed a full 40 minute cardio workout, burning 560 calories in just over 3 miles.
