There’s almost nothing that feels as good as hitting stride in a cardio workout and I hit my stride early this morning and got the endorphins flowing. I worked my way back to a 40 minute session on the elliptical and it really felt good. No straining at all, and the time went by quickly. In fact, everything about it seemed smooth and fluid. It was a really good workout and I felt great when it was over.
Also, I noted this morning that there is no soreness from my chest/back workout yesterday. Last week’s soreness is long gone and yesterday’s tougher workout didn’t seem to cause any new strain which is a good sign.
I’ve got a busy day today, beginning with a short 8 AM meeting, and then meeting from 11 AM – 3 PM later on today. I should get cracking.
