Author essay

Yesterday evening, I finally got around to writing my author essay for “When I Kissed the Learned Astronomer”. Edmund Schubert posts these author essays on his blog for each of the stories that appears in IGMS. The essays are supposed to describe how we came to write the story. My essay turned out to be just under 2,000 words. I sent it to Edmund yesterday. Now I’m anxiously awaiting word that issue 5 of Intergalactic Medicine Show has been released.
