Workout #94 (Arms & shoulders)

I finally got in a good arms & shoulders workout today, my first since April 12. I upped the weights in almost every category, and surprised myself a little at what I was able to do, especially considering it had been a few weeks since I’d done arms & shoulders.

I imagine my arms will be sore tomorrow, but it felt good, hard as it was (especially the front raises). Tomorrow is my off day and then I’m back into the gym on Monday for cardio.
