I wasn’t going to workout today because I came into work early in order that I could leave early and since Dad was coming into town today, I didn’t think I’d get a chance. But when lunchtime rolled around, I figured I could get myself to the gym for at least a short cardio workout, and that’s exactly what I did.
15 minutes on the elliptical. I burned 213 calories, maintained a pace of 84 RPM with a peak of 85 RPM.
I’m going to try and get myself into the gym tomorrow, which will be the first Saturday I’ve attended the gym in a while.
