Workout #90 (Cardio)

Up at 4:30 AM and into the gym by 5:50 AM. I pushed myself a little harder this morning, feeling somewhat guilty for not having gotten any strength training this week. But it was a good workout, nonetheless.

40 minutes on the elliptical. I burned 569 calories, went a distance of 3.05 miles, and maintained a pace of 84 RPM with a peak of 110 RPM.

When I hit 30 minutes, I upped my RPM to 85 and then upped it again when I hit 35 minutes; those last 5 minutes I maintained between 90-100 RPM to keep the heart rate up.
