Workout #89 (Cardio)

Up at 4:30 AM and into the gym by about 5:50 AM. I managed to get in a full cardio workout this morning, even though I got to bed late again last night, which makes it very difficult to get up at 4:30.

40 minutes on the elliptical. I burned 563 calories, went a distance of 3.02 miles, and maintained a pace of 83 RPM with a peak of 113 RPM.

No knee pain or cramps this time. It felt pretty good. I need to get myself back into my strength training routine (I missed my chest workout yesterday because I was up too late Monday night.) I need to get to bed at a reasonable hour tonight so that I can be up for my lower body workout tomorrow.
