Workout #86 (Cardio)

I ran out of time to post my workout from yesterday, but I did indeed go and workout after work yesterday. It was Wednesday and that’s a cardio day and I managed to get in a full cardio workout, which felt pretty good. Especially since I almost didn’t go.

40 minutes on the elliptical. I burned 563 calories, went a distance of 3.02 miles, and and maintained a pace of 82 RPM with a peak of 111 RPM.

I didn’t really have time to do any more than that. I left the gym thinking that I would come in today and do a lower body workout first thing in the morning; however my plans changed slightly as you will see in the next post…
