Workout #84 (Cardio)

Well, I may have slept in this morning, but as promised, after missing 4 days of workouts out of pure laziness, I’m back in the saddle again. I went to the gym this afternoon, did a full cardio workout and a group up chest exercises in preparation for a full chest and back workout tomorrow.

40 minutes on the elliptical. I burned 567 calories, went a distance of 3.04 miles, and and maintained a pace of 82 RPM with a peak of 113 RPM. It felt good though. Then I did a set of chest in preparation for my chest and back workout tomorrow.

It felt good. I’ve been feeling guilty over not having gone to the gym in the last couple of days, and I was glad that I made it in today, even though my schedule got thrown out of whack. Chest and back tomorrow…
