What happened to the morning?

I spent the entire morning designing a report that pulls data from a database and that matches, in formatting and style, a report that takes an army of people to generate. Somehow, I got caught up by my work on it and the time flew by. I listened to no music, made no phone calls, and answered few emails. I was “in the zone” and before I knew it, lunchtime had arrived.

I didn’t go to the gym at lunch today. I did a little bit of reading and then napped the rest of the time, making up for an hour or so that I lost last night.
