I slept in as late as I could and that turned out to be just about 9 AM. I tossed and turned between 8 and 9 and finally decided to get up and go to the gym to do some kind of workout. Today was an arms and shoulders day, so…

Not quite a full workout, but not bad for being on vacation. Tomorrow is a free-day so I don’t have to worry about working out.
