Workout #76 (Cardio)

Late as we were up last night, I did manage to get up for the gym this morning. I only got about 3 hours of sleep and then tossed and turned for an hour and a half or so before finally getting up. I think it was the adrenaline rush of being on vacation and seeing a bunch of my friends.

20 minutes on the elliptical this morning. I burned 198 calories and went a distance of 3.23 miles. The numbers are off because I used a different kind of elliptical in the Dolphin health club. I had to keep the workout short because we were meeting Norm and Vicky for breakfast at 7 AM.

The Dolphin health club is actually pretty cool. They have good equipment and a weight room. There is water and towels available, and even fruit bowl, from which I took a banana after I left this morning. I signed up to use the fitness center for the duration of my stay.
