Holy cow! It felt good to get back into the gym and do a workout. Because I’ve been sick, I haven’t been to the gym since Saturday and aside from feeling guilty, I was beginning to feel like I was losing my good habits.
I didn’t do a full workout today, as I’m not 100% yet; I did half a cardio workout and some light lower-body. But it felt good to sweat on that elliptical!
20 minutes on the elliptical this morning. I burned 286 calories and went a distance of 1.53 miles. I kept it light today, hitting a peak of 85 RPM and a pace of 83 RPM. After cardio, I did a single set of exercises in prep for my workout tomorrow.

This was a lunchtime workout. The gym is empty and it made me wonder if lunch isn’t a better time to go in and do a workout, but I still like mornings better. I saw Bernard while I was there and we are scheduled for tomorrow afternoon.
