Workout #68 (Cardio)

Up at 4:30 AM after not getting to bed until midnight because of the bug fix and because I was in a meeting to test the fix until about 11 PM. I kept dozing off on the train into work this morning which is unusual for me. But I got to the gym just before 6 AM and got in a full cardio workout.

40 minutes on the elliptical this morning. I burned 567 calories and went a distance of 3.03 miles. I kept it light today, hitting a peak of 91 RPM and a pace of 81 RPM. After cardio, I did a single set of exercises in prep for my workout tomorrow.
