Up at 4:30 and into the gym just before 6 AM. Even though they moved some ellipticals back to the front of the gym, I still couldn’t find my rhythm today. I don’t know why. I did a total of about 15 minutes on the elliptical, and then switched to the treadmill, where I did 10 minutes. It was an erratic cardio workout.
25 minutes on the elliptical/treadmill this morning. I didn’t keep track of my aggregate numbers this morning because I was switching around too much. After cardio, I did a few groups of arm/shoulder exercises in prep for my workout tomorrow.

Busy day doing tasks for a major software rollout. I was a developer on the project and my tasks are pretty routine, but it’s still going to be busy. I’ve got a full arms/shoulders workout planned for tomorrow.
