Workout #61 (Arms & shoulder)

I took a break from my working Saturday to head to the gym for my arms and shoulders upper body workout. It was actually kind of nice to be here in Arlington for a change on a Saturday because the gym here is much better than the one in Greenbelt.

I’m back in the office now and have a few more hours to go this evening. I’ll be back here in the office tomorrow too. But I’m making progress.
