It’s once again humiliating photo time!

It’s been almost two months since I posted the last humiliating progress photo of myself. I guess that means it’s about time for another one.

This time, I tried to smile in the picture. I also tried to be a little more relaxed. Maybe it’s me, but I can defintely see improvements this time around. I look thicker, I think, and that makes sense since my weight has gone up to about 155 lbs. I could still stand to lose a little around the middle, but my abs are getting there. It also seems to me that all of the various chest press and arm and shoulder exercises are slowly paying off.
