Workout #51 (cardio)

Up at 4:30 and into the gym just before 5:50 AM. Today was a cardio day. I had a little more cereal than usual for breakfast and I kind of felt that gave me a little extra energy this morning.

40 minutes on the elliptical this morning. I burned 558 calories, went a distance of 2.99 miles and reached a peak RPM of 93 (no sprints today). My pace was 80 RPM. After cardio, I did a group of arms and shoulder exercises in prep for my workout tomorrow.

My legs are a little sore from yesterday’s workout, but not as sore as I thought they would be, considering that I missed my lower body workout last week. All-in-all, I’m feeling pretty good. Full arms and shoulder workout tomorrow afternoon.
