I made it through my busy day, but didn’t manage to leave work until 5 PM. This meant that I didn’t get home until 6 PM, and after relaxing and eating my dinner, I didn’t get started writing until almost 7:30. However, write I did. I added about 1,100 words to “4005 B.C.” and while the story is not quite finished, it is within a few hundred words of being complete. I’ll wait until tomorrow evening to finish it up.

I’m also through 270 pages of Death By Black Hole, which may very well turn out to be the first 5-star book I’ve read in a long time. I’m hoping to finish it up tomorrow.

For now, I’m off to bed. It’s 8:30 and I have to be up at 4:30 for my upper body workout. It’s supposed to be even colder tomorrow morning than it was this morning.

It felt good to get the writing done tonight. It was fun. The story will need some work in second draft but the gist of it is just about there and the plot follows very closely to what I came up with on the elliptical machine this morning.
