Workout #35 (Cardio)

Up at 4:30 after a full 8 hours of sleep last night, which felt pretty darn good. I’m trying to get back on track after missing my workout yesterday, and on Saturday.

40 minutes on the elliptical this morning. I burned 551 calories, went a distance of 2.94 miles and reached a peak RPM of 113. My pace was between 78-79 RPM. After cardio, I did a few groups of lower body exercises in prep for my workout tomorrow.

I’ve got a workout tomorrow afternoon with Bernard. That means I can sleep in a little later tomorrow and go to bed an hour later tonight, if I wanted to. Busy day at work today, catching up from the last couple of days.
