Workout #26 (Arms and back w/Bernard)

Today was a workout with Bernard and I felt pretty tired and low energy due to my lack of sleep last night. So it was a good think, I suppose, that the workout was a relatively easy one tonight, although if I were really hard-core, I’d have pushed for a harder one.

The gym wasn’t as crowded tonight as it was yesterday morning. Hopefully it won’t be too bad tomorrow morning and I can get my usual elliptical machine (creature of habit that I am). My next workout with Bernard is one week from Tuesday, although if he gets an opening in the morning next week, he’s going to call me. (I didn’t want to work out in the afternoon next week; I much prefer mornings.)
