Workout #15 (lower body)

Up at 4:25 after once again going to bed later than I should have last night. I felt sluggish this morning, but I muddled my way through breakfast and I was into the gym just before 6 AM. It wasn’t as busy as usual this morning, I guess some people are starting their holiday vacations early. That was good because it meant I was able to do everything I wanted to do, in the order that I wanted to do it.

I head up to NYC tomorrow afternoon, but I’m still planning on my 6 AM cardio workout. I’ve also checked with jen_ashlock to make sure that I can go to their gym as a guest on Saturday so that I can get in my arm/shoulder workout. My gym is closed on Monday, so I’ll have to do my cardio workout at home. I wonder how well that will go?
