Workout #10 (Cardio)

Up at 4:25 once again and into the gym just before 6 AM. And now I’ve been to the gym every workday this week! I like mornings much better than afternoons and I was at the gym in the morning 4 out of 5 times this week. I think I’m going to keep that up, even though it means being up at 4:30 and being in bed around 8:30 PM.


I did 40 minutes on the elliptical machine, burning 514 calories and going 2.74 miles. I also did some arms and abs work after the cardio workout.
