Workout #7 (Legs & chest)

I worked out with Bernard this afternoon for the first time in several weeks. My workouts with Bernard always seem harder than my workouts by myself but with my new focus, I felt pretty good about this one, a mixture of legs and chest.

The 160 lbs on the angled leg press is a record for me Last Thursday I did 140 lbs on the machine. The 160 was tough but I got through them. I also found out that it’s not big deal getting in that 6th meal of the day (the evening snack). Bernard said that if I’m not hungry and getting ready for bed by that time anyway, then there’s no need to worry about it. It’s optional. I’ve got my next appointment with Bernard scheduled for a week from tonight. My next workout is first thing tomorrow morning: cardio plus some chest in preparation for Thursday.
