Workout #6: Cardio

I was up at 4:30 AM and into the gym at 6 AM on the dot. This morning was cardio, and one round of lower body in preparation for a full lower body workout tomorrow evening.

There is only one set of angled, seated calf because the other machines were pretty crowded when I first got there but they emptied out and after one set, I was able to do my planned workout. I was pleased with the 12/90 on the last set of seated leg curls and leg extensions and that will be my starting point going forward on future sets.

I’ve got a workout with Bernard tomorrow at 4 PM, my first with him in almost a month!
