This was the first time I ever made it in the gym on a Friday after work. I was surprised to see that the gym is pretty empty on Friday evenings, compared to other evenings during the week. I did a cardio workout on the elliptical for 30 minutes. I wore the knee brace and had no pain the entire workout. I then went ahead and did one group of arms/shoulders as a warmup for tomorrow:

I’ve got a full arm/shoulder workout planned for tomorrow morning. My next session with Bernard is Tuesday afternoon.
