Double feature

I’m just back from treating myself to a double-feature this afternoon. I went to see a 1 PM showing of The Prestige and followed that with a 3:45 PM showing of Flags of Our Fathers. Both were good movies, but I think I enjoyed The Prestige more simply because it had great acting and a rather unique plot line. (I hadn’t realized it was based on a Christopher Priest book, but now it makes sense.) In any case, I enjoyed both movies and am now finally home and in for the evening.

The wind is howling tonight, with gusts up to 65 km/hr!

I’ll probably spend the evening reading and perhaps catching up on the last episode of Battlestar Galactica that I missed. Ut first things first. I’m starving, so I’ve got to eat something…
