Workout #33 (cardio workout)

I headed over to the gym just before 4 PM with the intent of doing a 40 minute cardio workout. I ended up doing 31 minutes, mainly because of some pain in my right knee. I didn’t want to over do it. In any event, I had a good pace on the elliptical machine, doing 2.1 miles in just over 30 minutes and maintaining somewhere in the neighborhood of a 75 RPM average.

I love coming out of the gym, after a hard workout into the brisk (even cold!) fall air. It just feels good. I was smiling to myself as I was walking back to the office from the gym because it felt so good out.

Tomorrow morning, bright and early, I’m doing an arms and shoulders workout by myself.
