Bernard was about 15 minutes late this morning and I had a meeting at 8 AM so I needed to start without him. Nevertheless, he arrived about halfway through my first exercise group and things went smoothly from there.
Exercise group 1
- Smith machine dips. 3 sets @ 50 lbs. 12/12/12
- Elbow-to-knee ab crunches. 3 sets. 20/30/30
- Jumping jacks. 3 sets. 40/40/40
Exercise group 2
- Hamstring curls. 3 sets @ 50 lbs. 12/12/12
- Walking lunges. 3 sets @ 20 lbs in each hand. 18/18, 18/18, 18/18
Exercise group 3
- Seated calf lifts. 3 sets @ 85 lbs. 12/12/12
- Ab crunch 1000 machine. 3 sets @ 25 lbs. 12/12/12
Next workout is Thursday morning at 6 AM.
