Workout #18 (cardio)

I was back on track with a cardio workout this afternoon after work. I did 40 minutes on the elliptical, and since it was the first time in about a week, it was noticably differerent than the last time. I only had to do about 64 RPM to maintain my target heartrate, which was down from about 72 the last time I did a cardio workout. It just goes to show how important it is to keep up with cardio exercise on a regular basis.

I’ve got another workout with Bernard tomorrow after work, probably lower body.
