I was asleep before my head hit the pillow, and sleep soundly for six hours. I woke up a little disoriented because it was 10:15 PM, which is a good thing because it means I still can get plenty more sleep. However, I got up, a few minutes ago to do some chores and get something to eat. I’m going to relax for an hour or so, let the food digest and then go back to sleep.
It did feel good getting some sleep, though!
