I kept it simple this afternoon and did 40 minutes of cardio on the elliptical. And stretching afterwards, but nothing else. I’m still not 100% over my cough so I don’t want to overdo it.
It’s 104 degrees out right now, and I just found out that to cope with the heat, Metro is reducing the frequency of their trains. Yellow line is running every 9 minutes, even during rush hour. I wonder how long it will take me to get home?
