I brought all my stuff with me to do a cardio workout after work this afternoon, but I am calling it off for three reasons:
- My cough is still not 100% and I don’t think it’s a good idea to do cardio with a cough.
- My knees is still a little sore from the game the other day.
- My schedule has been such today that I have not yet had a chance to eat anything and cardio on an empty stomach is very bad.
I’m really not trying to make excuses. But I also don’t want to overdo it. Hopefully, I’ll be back to the cardio workout tomorrow. My next session with Bernard is on Thursday.
